Tenant Improvement

hw² design was approached by a husband and wife team to convert an existing bank into an office space for the husband's company. hw² provided architectural services and the wife took care of the finishes. We worked on utilizing as much of the existing building as a cost savings measure, even the old vault was turned in to the break room.
