rear addition

A family of four needed space for the ever growing pile of sports bags and winter gear, they also wanted a bathroom that was close to the back yard to cut down on dirty shoes going to the other bathrooms and a second sitting space which could be closed off from the main living room. An addition at the rear of the house was added to accommodate a sun room, mudroom with open cubbies and a powder room. The upstairs bathroom also needed desperately to be updated. Given the couples experience with remodeling projects, they selected the finishes for the spaces.
